60 THREE'S A CROWD BY CHRISTINA GEYER. PHOTOGRAPHY DANIELLE SABOL. T alk about a packed house. A golden trium- virate of designers — Erdem Moralioglu of Erdem in from London, Sander Lak of Sies Marjan from New York, and Christopher Kane of his namesake line, also from London — descended upon Forty Five Ten's downtown flagship, and a flurry of celebrations ensued, the most-talked-about being a luncheon held in their honor at Forty Five Ten's penthouse restaurant, Mirador. Forty Five Ten president and chief creative officer Kristen Cole created an impeccable guest list, including Moll Anderson, Cindy Rachofsky, Sharon Young, Brian Bolke, Piper Wyatt, Sheryl Maas, and Headington Companies' Jeny Bania. She left it up to the designers to prepare the afternoon's entertainment: informal presentations of their latest collections. For an afternoon such as this, the ladies who lunch rose to the highest standards of dress, many opting for looks by the designers. Anderson, seated next to Moralioglu, wore a stunning emerald, floral-jacquard Erdem coat. Wyatt, who took her seat next to Christopher Kane, sported a classic black button-down, with a quintessentially Christopher Kane quirk: a collar embellished with plastic sparkles and cheeky floral motif. We can think of no better way to make a trio of fashion out-of-towners feel right at home. ERDEM MORALIOGLU, SANDER LAK, AND CHRISTOPHER KANE COME TO LUNCH.
