Brayden Chiles, w h o o w n s B y Brayden, met trial attorney Ted Keenan in 2015 not far from their childhood homes. "Our summer fling turned into a full-fledged relationship that fall when Ted had my mom do his makeup for Halloween — he made a great Ziggy Stardust," Chiles says. They married at St. Martin's Episcopal Church in Houston, followed by a reception at Chiles' parents' M e d i t e r r a n e a n - s t y l e h o m e i n Tanglewood. Longtime friend of the bride Jennifer Kaldis of Keely Thorne Events served as wedding planner and tapped Maxit Flower Design to help transform the home and back gardens into a scene from Father of the Bride, inspired by her mother Wendy Chiles' lush garden of orange blossoms, kumquats and magnolias. "Kaldis is an absolute genius, and my mom is the best party host of all time. I was the luckiest bride to have the two of them," Chiles says. Wedding planner: Keely Thorne Events.
