letter publisher ANNE LAHO 16 O ur lead time working on the print magazine is typically two months, so we're always focused on the future while trying to remain in the moment and stay present in our everyday lives. Sometimes this is daunting, but it's also refreshing to know what new and fun things are on the horizon. And, with each passing month, new ideas develop and evolve at the magazine. The in-the-moment medium of the Internet, on the other hand, is consumed with the present — what's new and happening now. Like our print magazine, papercitymag.com is always developing, growing, and buzzing ahead of the curve. Our traffic has grown tremendously, and the content that's pushed each day by our amazing staff is fresh and newsworthy. You'll notice new partners on papercitymag.com including Roberto Cavalli, Akris, River Oaks District, and Lafayette 148. Designers are advertising their new spring collections through our daily newsletters, banner ads, native content, and beautiful card decks that highlight up to 15 items, all of which are shoppable at that very moment. But print is the crown jewel. The March issue is more beautiful than ever, filled with pages and pages of spring fashion; interviews with some of the world's top interior designers, all packing their bags for Houston to appear at Texas Design Week (March 25-29); and dispatches from bucolic Round Top citing all new things at the Spring Antiques Shows. The private home of designer Ann Wolf is included in the issue, and it is assuredly one of the most beautiful homes in Houston. We hope this spring you can continue to look toward the future, yet still relish the present and do your best to live in the moment. Monica Bailey Bickers Publisher monica@papercitymag.com
