SETH VAUGHAN Ale and Advocacy: Women���s Center Young Leaders Kelly Randall, Patrick Nugent A good time was had by all when the Houston Area Women���s Center Young Leaders gathered for a night at St. Arnold���s brewery. Chairman Sarah Melecki oversaw the evening of good food, a silent auction, raffle and, of course, spectacular stouts brewed on the premises. Giving poignancy to the event was Lorin Leatherwood, who spoke of her own experience with domestic abuse. The Young Leaders, recently revived by Sarah Meyers, provides opportunities to advocate for victims of abuse.
