Just ask Becca Cason Thrash and the guests who joined her for a luncheon at Brackeen's opulent decoratives palace. Guests were enthralled by room after room of antiques, art, and architectural flourishes. But no room was more delightful than the one where Brackeen and his team had recently papered the walls for Texas Design Week Houston in opulent casbah scenes from the lush Cabana book. In this venue Cafe Annie served a glorious lunch, with the tables dressed in bohemian riches from Becca's own collection of china, crystal, and silver flatware — truly a scene from Aladdin. Et voilà! A new party mecca is in the making.
