At the kickoff, praise was given to event founders Neva Hall and Shelle Sills. Hall created the concept while serving on the board; Sills, who was GM of Neiman Marcus Downtown at the time, brought Vine & Dine to the Zodiac Room, home to the fundraiser for 10 years. Save the date: This year's Vine & Dine takes place Thursday, November 14, at Brook Hollow Golf Club.
