BOOK GOALS X MADE GOODS PHOTOGRAPHY JONATHAN ZIZZO I t was Texas Design Week's final Dallas event, and well worth the wait. Some of the top talent in design and publishing gathered at Made Goods showroom for cocktails and a lively discussion on how to go from design project to book deal. On the panel were photographer Pieter Estersohn, who has shot interiors for numerous design books and every major design magazine; Rizzoli International senior editor Sandy Gilbert Freidus, who has shepherded hundreds of design books through the publishing process; and designer Cathy Kincaid and architect/designer Lee Ledbetter, who both have new books from Rizzoli, moderated by Chesie Breen, who brokered and wrote Kincaid's new book, as well as one from designer David Kleinberg. Afterwards, Made Goods manager Kelly Ferniza kept the cocktails flowing as Kincaid, Ledbetter, and Estersohn signed their respective books.
