How do you make a house a home? By cooking a meal and inviting friends over, and just enjoying the spaces you have with loved ones. How to get your home ready for the market? Lighten paint, declutter and clean, and work on the drive up of your home, including painting the front door and planting flowers. I just painted the exterior of my house this summer, Shoji White! Who is your favorite organizer? Staci Ferber at ReOrgit. She can do anything, whether you're selling or not! What white colors do you like for resale? Dover White, White Dove, Cloud White, Shoji White, and Snowbound #1 things all buyers should consider? I always like a home that my buyers can add upside value to. On one hand, it's wonderful to buy a brand new home that's perfection, but can you add a pool? Or just some personalization? I always think about resale in the future and how they are going to make it better. And then also are you in a location that you love and you can see yourself in, enjoying the amenities and vibe and just someplace where you feel comfortable. What services do you perform? We have a full address book of service providers, we can help with estate sales, decorators, and we have even set up our clients on dates! What are buyers looking for in fall 2020? Outdoor spaces, pools, and walkable neighborhoods. Buyers always look for access to schools, shopping, and restaurants. What is your perfect day? Walking the dog, taking a run and being outdoors, showing beautiful homes, finding creative ways to sell listings, and connecting with my wonderful friends and clients!
