NUPTIALS, NEW MEXICO & NARNIA THE CHRONICLES OF TONI MUÑOZ + DANIEL HUNT PRODUCED BY BROOKE HORTENSTINE AND RACHAEL ABRAMS. A PHOTOGRAPHY CASEY BOWMAN WADE LIVINGSTON, SIMON LOPEZ New Mexican heritage and deep Texas roots twined seamlessly for the snowy Santa Fe wedding of model Toni Munoz to Hunt Sports Group's Daniel Hunt. The couple summoned Katherine Mathes of Mathes & Co Events, Rusty Glenn of Rusty Glenn Designs and Nelson Robinson of Stage Works to bring to life their vision of a rustic winter scene filled with cultural traditions. "The colors were black, white and a merlot-colored red-black — in a snowy-like Narnia design," says Munoz. Mariachis, luminaries, bizcochos and other meaningful details enraptured 350 out-of-town guests in a three-day celebration. The bridal party wore custom dresses by Nha Khanh. Each dress was unique to each girl, and they helped in the design process of their gowns. The groomsmen's tuxes were from Pockets Menswear. "My dress was custom made by Khanh Nguyen of Nha Khanh. I did a fashion show for her last year and absolutely fell in love with her artistry." — Toni Munoz Ballet Folklorico dancers performed as guests found their seats, followed by flamenco guitarist Jesús Bas, violinist Bobby Yang and The Dan Band (seen in movies Old School and The Hangover). When guests arrived in Santa Fe, a welcome box was waiting with custom-labeled wine from Mrs. Norma Hunt's vineyard, homemade spicy pecans from the Muñoz family's farm and the traditional New Mexico wedding cookie, the bizcocho.
