The delicious hues made for wonderful pictures. • A beachside rehearsal dinner at the Jonathon Beach Club featured copious amounts of fresh clams and lobster, a bonfire, s'mores and dancing in the sand. • A groom's cake referenced Dallas, one of the groom's favorite TV shows. The Couple: JULIE ANTILL & RYAN BERGERON Julie Antill Date: March 23, 2013 Venue: Ceremony: The groom's Key West family home Reception: The Ernest Hemingway Home in Old Town Key West, where the author lived and worked for 10 years Flowers: Milan Events of Key West Caterer: Great Events Catering of Key West Bride's gown: Rivini Groom: Brooks Brothers Photographer: Stacey Ambrosio; additional photos by the bride's sister, PaperCity's Jenny Antill DIVINE DETAILS • The walk down the aisle was made all the more special by a new strand of pearls the groom presented to the bride the previous day, as well as a locket that had belonged to the bride's grandmother; inside was a picture of her father. • The bride opted for a simple gown but a dramatic floor length veil, purchased with the intention of passing it down. • The groom gifted his groomsmen with rare cigars and Brooks Brothers ties; they wore the latter for the service. • Guests were carried from the ceremony to The Hemingway House in cheeky vintage trolleys. • Knowing she'd be on her feet all day, the bride wore golden thong sandals by Antik Batik, in keeping with the relaxed Key West vibe. • As a remembrance, a piece of the father of the bride's shirt was sewn into her gown. • Prior to the ceremony, the bridal gown hung on a personalized hanger reading "Mrs. Bergeron" — an Etsy gift from a bridesmaid. • Favors were custom matchboxes with "The Bergerons" imprinted in white, along with the wedding date. • The garden reception, carried out in all white, was kept aglow by candles and white lights. • Knowing their Key West wedding wouldn't be complete with out Key limes, tiny Key lime pie tarts were included in the dessert course. • Groomsmen stood for photographs beneath a mighty tarpon caught by the groom's father. • The era of The Hemingway House influenced the couple's decision to be ferried from the ceremony to the reception in a vintage Rolls-Royce sedan. • Honeymoon: Rome, Florence, Pisa, Portofino and Venice. • The bride wore her mother's diamond jewelry, some of which her sister had also worn when she was wed. • Gardenias adorned cropped boxwood at the reception, echoing decorative scrolls on the couple's invitation. • The ceremony was held on a portion of the estate that offers stunning views of the Pacific. On the wedding day, whales picturesquely swam by. • For the reception, chic deeplavender velvet settees created informal seating arrangements throughout the estate's gardens. • White orchids, roses, hydrangeas, dahlias and peonies were fashioned into stunning floral chandeliers, which hung in a gazebo at the reception. • As the couple departed, rose petals were thrown, sparklers held, and a vintage Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud carried the couple away. • Honeymoon: A mini-moon in Beverly Hill; several months later, when time allowed, a trek to Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls and Punta del Este. Julie Antill, Ryan Bergeron
