Sunday, October 24 3 – 7 pm: Rancho Pillow Hosts, for the first time in Texas,L.A.'s A Current Affair with 30+ vintage retailers and private dealers showcasing clothing, accessories, and jewelry. Opening- day sneak peek. Monday, October 25 5 pm: Happy hour at Vincent Peach Pearl Barn at Market Hill. 6 pm: Royers and Caymus gourmet dinner hosted by Vincent Peach at Zapp Hall, Warrenton. Four-course dinner and wine pairings from Caymus Family of Wines, plus Royer's famous pie for dessert. $120 per person. 5 – 7 pm: Tour de France shopping event at Vincent Peach Market Hill. Fine French spirits and fine jewelry. 5 - 7 pm: Tutu Tuesday Whimsical Wine Walk at Zapp Hall, followed by dancing in Disco Alley from 7 pm – midnight. Wear your tutus. Thursday, October 28 5 – 7 pm: Caviar and vodka reception at Vincent Peach Market Hill. 6 – 9:30 pm: End-of-show party and Benjamin Moore Color of the Year event and unveiling of the Colors of Round Top, at The Halles. Halles VIP ticket holders and by invitation only; limited capacity. 7 pm – midnight: Haunted Disco Alley Halloween Party (Witches of Oz) at Zapp Hall. Costumes encouraged. Prom at Zapp Hall, a Round Top tradition, will happen alongside. Friday, October 29 6 – 9 pm: Presentation by author Dana Knox Wright during The Gathering, an annual sisterhood event hosted by Tara Royer Steele in Pie Haven Garden in Henkel Square. Saturday, October 30 10 am: Meet-and-greet with author Dana Knox Wright at Royer's Pie Haven in Henkel Square and book signing of Wright's latest, Holding on Loosely: Opening My Hands, Lightening My Load, and Seeing Something Else. 4 – 7 pm: April Hall performs at Busted Oak Cellars. bustedoakcellars. com. NOVEMBER Friday – Sunday, November 5 – 7 Round Top Wine Fest. Friday: Music, wine dinner. Saturday, 11 am: Round Top wine trail. Sunday: Weekend brunch at participating restaurants. Benefits Round Top Area Chamber of Commerce. Thursday – Saturday, November 11 - 13 9 am: Warbird Thunder Expo, a three-day exposition and fundraiser at its new Thunder Field in Round Top, 3344 South Weyand. Watch the planes fly, shop the remote- control airplane industry's best vendors, and trade plane parts. Food truck on-site. Net proceeds donated to the local volunteer fire department. Friday – Sunday, November 12 - 14 Round Top Festival Institute's 24th Annual Theatre Forum: Twists, Turns and Twirls, with special guest Of Moving Colors, a contemporary dance theater company from Baton Rouge. Presentations, workshops, tours of Festival Hill, fine dining in Menke House, outdoor lunch, complimentary breakfast. Overnight a c c o m m o d a t i o n s a v a i l a b l e . Saturday, November 20 3 – 5 pm: Houston Chamber Ringers handbell concert at Festival Hill. The 17-person ensemble will perform on five octaves of handbells, six octaves of hand chimes, and other percussion instruments. DECEMBER Saturday, December 4 Round Top Lighted Christmas Parade. Annual parade of vehicles bedecked with twinkling lights. Live music, food, drinks, and holiday shopping all over town. Saturday, December 11 4 pm: Round Top Festival Institute presents Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker ballet to celebrate Ovation Ballet Company's 13th season at Festival Hill. One show only!
