Q: The Montgomery Real Estate The Montgomery Real Estate market has evolved so much in market has evolved so much in recent years; what stands out recent years; what stands out the most to you and how has it the most to you and how has it impacted Bluejack National? impacted Bluejack National? A: The opening of State Highway 249 to FM 1486 is a game changer for the Montgomery real estate market entirely. This easy route connects Houston to College Station, and right by Montgomery. I hear all the time from buyers that the commute from Montgomery to Houston is less than it is from The Woodlands. With all the infrastructure now in place, we are seeing increased community and commercial developments. As a mother of two, I am most excited about the brand new H-E-B five-minutes from Bluejack. Q: Tell us about the schools in Tell us about the schools in Montgomery? Montgomery? A: The schools have always been a major draw for families moving to Montgomery. The public and private school offerings in our area can and want to accommodate their families' needs because they truly care about nurturing the community as it matures. It's not that well-known that Montgomery has offered exemplary schools for years across several districts in our County. The schools are really family-centric and students have the ability to get to know their teachers and vice versa. It's a small town school feel, and I love that for my two kids. Q: Commercial development Commercial development surrounding Bluejack has grown so surrounding Bluejack has grown so much. What do you think has had much. What do you think has had the greatest effect on the area? the greatest effect on the area? A: The commercial development in the area surrounding Bluejack has offered our property owners and members options that we have not seen previously. New grocery stores, new shopping areas and dining options are conveniences, but it's the sense of community that is really starting to sink in. With greater ease and access, there's simply more people visiting the area. Since 249 opened, an influx of visitors were just driving to our Greeter's Barn requesting a tour. They are curious about the Bluejack mystique and what's behind our gate, so for the most part, property tours are by appointment only now. Q: As a Montgomery native and As a Montgomery native and Real Estate veteran, what are home Real Estate veteran, what are home buyers typically seeking at Bluejack? buyers typically seeking at Bluejack? A: Right now we have a very unique opportunity to cater to individuals looking for a second or third home retreat yet we also have more buyers looking for a place to call home full time. We have fantastic offerings for both types of buyers, from our Retreats to Estate lots, some over an acre, and we can accommodate a perfect fit for whatever it is they are looking for. We are seeing more buyers looking for a place to raise their families in a safe, secure community that has amenities above and beyond anything else in the greater Houston area and Texas. I keep hearing from buyers that they want a place where they feel comfortable letting their kids go play outside for hours without hearing from them and know they are safe.
