The architectural wonders of 718 Kessler Lake Drive came to life in 1961 at the behest of local car dealer Earl Hayes. To make his cliffside vision a reality, Hayes tapped Dallas architects Harold Prinz and LaVere Brooks, who designed a 6,416-square-foot lair on solid rock with sweeping views of Kidd Springs Creek, a swim-up bar, and a cantilevered master bedroom wing.
