The bespoke steel-and-glass conservatories are made with reclaimed elements from top-quality materials sourced from old factory buildings in the U.S. and abroad and can be built in any size or configuration. "Julio is an exceptional talent, and his divine inspiration and abilities are unmatched," says Smithers. Examples of Julio's greenhouses are on display and sold at Smithers' The White Barn at The Compound in Round Top. Co- founders and mother-daughter duo Shanna Schanen and Skylar Schanen have procured a handful of yet-to-be-named celebrities to participate in Q&A panels, discussions, and parties throughout the long weekend. This festival runs Thursday through Sunday, November 7 through 10, at Round Top's beloved performance venue Festival Hill and The 550 District. The latter will serve as the main festival hub, with a box office at The Stone Cellar restaurant and honkytonk and a screening room at the historic Round Top Dance Hall. Brands and vendors will be showcased throughout the four- day festival, culminating in a lively Saturday-night party for VIP pass holders and special guests.
