Call For Entries: PaperCity Design Awards PaperCity is now accepting entries for the 2024 Dallas - Fort Worth PaperCity Design Awards, which recognizes outstanding interior and architectural design, hospitality and retail design, landscape design, and wallpaper, product, textile and furniture design among the 22 categories. The PaperCity Design Awards is open to all Dallas/Fort Worth-area designers, architects, landscape designers, and product designers. Designer or architect must have an office or reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but the project can be located anywhere in the world. Winning projects will be announced at the PaperCity Design Awards ceremony on Thursday, November 21 at Virgin Hotels Dallas ballroom. Situated at 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard, the sprawling French Renaissance-style estate sits on two acres between Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek and the future Four Seasons Hotel & Residences. HN Capital acquired the 25,000-square-foot property, which was once intended to become Dallas' first Mandarin Oriental hotel, in 2021 and is still in the planning phase for its future. The prestigious fall design event has its VIP Opening Day on Thursday, October 24, and opens to the public on Friday, October 25, for three weeks, closing November 13. The Show House benefits Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, which provides young people with educational and developmental programs in New York City, as well as local nonprofits Dwell with Dignity and The Crystal Charity Ball.
