Cotes du Coeur Mark Your Calendar: Returns for An Evening Among Stars in 2025 W ith 2025 at our doorstep, it's never too early to start plotting your spring social calendar. One night you won't want to miss is the American Heart Association's annual Côtes du Coeur Gala on April 26, 2025, at the Omni Dallas Hotel. This philanthropic event brings together winemakers, oenophiles, celebrity chefs, and food lovers, all in the name of a good cause. For more than 100 years, the American Heart Association has led the way in ground-breaking research that has transformed cardiovascular health. Since its founding in 1924, deaths from cardiovascular diseases have been cut in half. And yet, there are still so many lives to be saved. Côtes du Coeur is an AHA prestige event that is much more than single night of Napa Valley experience and celebrity chef dining. Since it began 33 years ago, the gala has raised more than $55 million in mission advancements. With more than 1,000 guests, 35 wineries, and nine celebrity chefs, it's a night packed with gourmet cuisine, the largest wine auction in the Southwest, and elaborate silent and live auctions — all to celebrate the work the organization does throughout the year to impact lives while driving breakthroughs in science, policy, and care. Next year's gala is chaired by Jennifer and Chris Clark, dynamic leaders in the business and DFW philanthropic community; Chris is managing partner of Forvis Mazars, LLP. Serving as experience co-chairs are philanthropist Terri Gallagher and Dani Cook Barrows, VP of Trinity Industries, who will oversee the gala design and guest experience. For the 28th year, executive lead chef Richard Chamberlain of Chamberlain's Steak & Fish will guide a team of eight celebrity chefs in creating culinary masterpieces: Kent Rathbun, Rathbun's Curbside BBQ; Dan Landsberg, Circle T Ranch; Gerard Thompson, Rough Creek Lodge; Janice Provost, Parigi; Jason Rohan, Monarch; John Tesar, Knife; Mario Hernandez, Nuri Steakhouse; and an eighth chef soon to be announced for Ellie's Restaurant, Hall Arts Hotel.
