T he next level in Houston's sky-high, lock-and-leave living — which still has a long way to go to catch up to cities such as New York, Miami, and Chicago — doesn't involve going Two Luxury Icons Rise in The Sky higher. Only a Russian oligarch worries about how much higher they can go. The Birdsall Residences, which shares a building with and all the amenities of the first Auberge Resorts Collection hotel in Houston, and the St. Regis Residences, the storied brand's first residential-only tower in Texas, have revealed more of their plans, giving us a first look at what to expect.
