OBSESSIONS. DECORATION. SALIENT FACTS. The Study at Chumley House 24 By Billy Fong David & Sybil Yurman From top: Eiseman Jewels salon. Rolex showroom. From far left: Tudor Black Bay 58 in burgundy. Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust 31. It's the time of the year when things slow to a retail crawl in Dallas … Our September Buzz might run a few pages, judging from the premieres we're hearing about — perhaps the buzziest news being the opening of Miu Miu in Highland Park Village this fall. You'll notice that Ralph Lauren has moved out of the former movie theater at HPV, and you can find the iconic sportswear designer at their news digs in the Knox neighborhood at 4525 Cole Avenue. We're not sure what's moving into the vacant slot in HPV, but we'll let you know the moment we find out. Over at NorthPark Center, get boot- ready for upcoming rodeos or for just kicking back at the ranch at the new Lucchese flagship, the 22nd store in the state for the Texas-based brand. There's 5,467 square feet of limited-edition boots as well as honky-tonk-ready apparel and accessories. If you're searching for a fashionable spot to spend the scorching summer months in Dallas, head to Hôtel Swexan for a pop-up collaboration with Italian fashion house Missoni. The boutique hotel in the Harwood District and Missoni are transforming the rooftop pool into an oasis of fashion. You'll see the brand's signature stripes and patterns, and a retail cabana showcasing the newest Missoni ready-to- wear, swimwear, and home collections will be unveiled Saturday, June 21. We'll be there, sipping our Aperol spritzes while gazing at the magnificent sky-high views. Social: We've reached the finish line of the spring season of trunk shows, charity lunches, and black-tie galas. To end the season with a flourish, join us Sunday, June 1, at the verdant Dallas Arboretum for the annual Imagine: A World without Alzheimer's Gala, where chair Meg Cameron and honorary chairs Fay and Ken Moraif raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association. In celebration of June being Pride Month, we're heading over to the Dallas Arts District's 8th annual Pride Block Party on Friday, June 20. This free inclusive event features programs at the Crow Museum of Asian Art, Dallas Museum of Art, and Nasher Sculpture Center from 6 pm to midnight, including pride-themed tours, performances, films, gourmet food trucks, makers (and some shakers, we imagine), and the chance to mingle with local artists. You'll catch us doing some line dancing with the Round-up Saloon (our local watering hole, which I affectionately call Brokeback Mountain Live, given the abundance of cute cowboys) house dancers who will be on hand that evening. And look for the community mural that's created each year by visitors who embrace this lively intersection of arts, culture, and LGBTQ+ community pride. Billy Fong E iseman Jewels recently reopened its much-expanded NorthPark Center digs with a fabulous party (created by the creative team at Todd Events) to celebrate the unveiling of its three sumptuous salons d e s i g n e d b y D r o e s e Raney: an exclusive Rolex showroom, a Tudor boutique (the first in North Texas), a n d t h e E i s e m a n Jewels salon — in all, 6,000 square feet of wrist adornments and eye candy. Eiseman Jewels was founded 62 years ago (with 60 of those years at NorthPark Center) by patriarch Richard D. Eiseman; Richard Eiseman Jr. has run the show since his father's death in 1996. Billy Fong
