D e Gournay has h a n d e d t h e keys to its NYC U p p e r E a s t Side showroom to London designer Beata Heuman for a winter pop- up, transforming two rooms of the townhouse into a full, immersive interior filled with colorful furniture, lighting, and homewares from her celebrated Shoppa collection, on display through the spring. The collaboration also debuts two wallcoverings created with de Gournay. Fruit Garden draws from the dining room of Heuman's own Swedish countryside house, reinterpreting its orchard-like motifs into a lyrical mural of fruit trees and summer wildflowers; the blue-and-white diamond pattern of Delft Folly marches across the showroom ceiling with graphic precision. Born in Sweden and long based in London, Heuman is known for interiors that balance charm with craft, a quality shaped early on during her training at Nicky Haslam's studio. Her characterful interiors span the globe, from a Grade II-listed five-story townhouse Above: De Gournay's New York showroom displays Beata Heuman's Shoppa collection through the spring.
