PHOTOGRAPHY DANA DRIENSKY, STEPHEN KARLISCH. F or the first time in years, Crystal Charity's Ten Best Dressed Luncheon and Fashion Show occurred outside the Neiman Marcus Downtown store … and let's just say it was a religious experience. After cocktails on the first floor, the swellegant crowd migrated to a gorgeous black tent occupying the space formerly known as the flagship's valet lot. Evangelists at the pulpit — ahem — podium included store manager Jeffrey Lyon, Amy Fine Collins from Vanity Fair, NM top brass Jim Gold, ball chair Caren Kline, and luncheon chair Claire Emanuelson, all praising the extraordinary featured Alexander McQueen fall collection. The happy-clappy congregation included Shelle Sills, Abigail Sinwell, Shelby Wagner, Niven Morgan, Heather Furniss, Rajan Patel, Piper Wyatt, Charlotte Jones Anderson, Candace Krause, Roz Colombo, and Amy Prestidge. Those straying from the McQueen dress code did it with total aplomb: Suzanne Droese in a black frock from Vivienne Westwood, Christen Wilson looking über-chic in Comme des Garçons, Muffin Lemak in a Lela Rose top, Piper and Lucy Wrubel in Fendi shorts.
