Dallas Historical Society Scores A Perfect Ten Bobby Lyle, Gail Warrior, Frank Welch T o mark 30 years of its Awards for Excellence in Community Service Luncheon, the Dallas Historical Society gave 10 awards to a swarm of spirited philanthropic leaders during an afternoon event at The Fairmont Dallas hotel. Luncheon chairmen Sally and Joe Dealey did the honors, announcing honorable mentions for Mark A. Roglan, Gail Warrior, Frank Welch, Gloria Snyder, Sandi Chapman, William M.
