DAY1 My first stop was Roger Vivier's presentation of the Rendez- Vous limited edition collection, followed by the spectacular Christian Dior show near the Musée Rodin, a magical new venue covered in orchids (spotted: Marion Cotillard, Charlize Theron and Sean Penn). I also attended Giambattista Valli's show, supported my friend Eugenie Niarchos at her Venyx fine jewelry presentation at Gagosian Gallery and ended the evening at the Dior dinner hosted by Theron in honor of J'adore fragrance. ADILOVA LOVES … Armani Privé Couture The second week of July was a wonderful whirlwind of fabulous fashion shows. Take a peek into my diary, which details some of my favorite moments from Paris Haute Couture Week. Miroslava Duma and I visited our dear friend Fernanda Abdalla at Fendi for the boutique's Karlito launch party, and at the Ulyana Sergeenko show, I ran into Sofia Sanchez, Alex de Betak and Anya Ziourova. The Giorgio Armani Privé show featured bold black, white and red looks — this is what true couture is all about, and J.W. Anderson gave me a sneak peek inside his new Loewe boutique. The day ended with a lovely private dinner at Louis Vuitton's ancestral home and atelier in Asnières. DAY3 The Elie Saab show was beautiful, with gorgeous lace and silk creations. Gaia Repossi presented a stunning high jewelry collection at Hôtel d'Évreux, and cute little models walked the garden runway at the Le Bonpoint show. Finally, I chatted with Giancarlo Giammetti, Carlos Souza, Melvin Chua and Tina Leung before and after the Valentino show, where I wore a Valentino dress, Gianvito Rossi shoes and carried a Mary Katrantzou Resort 2015 clutch. The exuberant trio explained that their goal was to create a classic lounge reminiscent of Harry's Bar in Venice or the Carlyle — always comfortable but with edge. Mini cheesecake pops and basil gimlets kept guests happy and hydrated as they admired a cool curation and artfully mounted prints (including a framed photo of the Lemak-Palma-Wag- ner dream team dressed as the Three Amigos). A welcome sign from LPW Design set the mood: "Drink up and be awesome." In good spirits: Lacey Lemak, Coley Clark, Gail Ewing, Beth Ewing, Kenny Goss, Jonika Nix, Lisa Streit, Joyce Goss, Lainie Kritser, and Nicole Musselman. BY JANE ROZELLE. PHOTOGRAPHY DANIEL DRIENSKY.
