Drumroll, Please Oh yes they did: Eleven women top the city's Best Dressed list. Lana Andrews BY LACY BALL. PHOTOGRAPHY DANA DRIENSKY. A champagne brunch at Neiman Marcus Downtown is enough of a draw in itself. But when you add the highly anticipated Michael announcement of the Crystal Flores Charity Ball's Best Dressed Women of Dallas and the exclusive U.S. preview of Sarah Burton's Fall 2013 collection for Alexander McQueen, you have one can't-miss-it event. Neiman Marcus executive VP Neva Hall did the honors, revealing this year's roster of philanthropic women: Hall of Fame honoree Lisa Troutt, Nancy Carlson, Francie Moody-Dahlberg, DeeDee Lee, Patty Leyendecker, Pam Perella, Aileen Pratt, Pam Christi Urschel, Lynn McBee, Christi Perella Urschel Mary Clare Finney, and Tricia Besing; the three latter ladies were stunning dressed in McQueen. Save the date, Tuesday, September 12, for the Crystal Charity Ball Fashion Show and Luncheon presided over by luncheon chair Claire Emanuelson.
