0BESSSIONS. DECORATION. SALIENT FACTS. INSTA GRATIFICATION MOUNTAIN MAN K im Jones and Dior are taking on the Alps. The third launch of Dior's recent series of ski wear, the Men's Spring 2023 Dior Ski Capsule, will make you look like the best skier on the mountain. In fact, you'd better hone your skills prior to donning this attire — because you will be noticed. For this mix of technical expertise and avant- garde styling, Jones paired with Swedish brand POC to create a line of protective accessories and with Japanese clothing specialist Descente for the lifestyle aspects of the line. Knits, insulated tees, ultra-light down jackets and ski pants, and ski suits bring your mountain wear to life, while Dior Peak lace-up ankle boots round out the look. Featuring technical and eco- friendly materials, the latest collection is performance gear with a focus on fashion. Ski lessons sold separately. At all Dior Men boutiques, dior.com. Steven Hempel BRETT LLOYD B lue Print has moved its to-the- trade showroom in the Dallas Design District to a larger space in a more prominent building on Oak Lawn Avenue where designers can shop Blue Print's substantial inventory of upholstery, case goods, antiques, lighting, and accessories in the new 20,000-square-foot warehouse. The showroom, an extension of Blue Print's charming retail bungalow in Uptown, offers a slew of readily available furnishings, such as a King George mahogany sideboard and Scandinavian rosewood table, along with the store's own furniture line and custom furnishings. It's all geared towards what designers are saying they need right now: beautiful furniture with no long lead times and no big shipping costs. It's no wonder Blue Print knows how to accommodate this demanding customer base — Blue Print was founded by designers Cynthia Collins, Caroline Eastman, Leslie Jenkins, Carrie Jane Pogoloff, and Lucy Ward. RS MORE THAN SKIN DEEP T wo iconic figures from the fashion world are trying their hand at wellness: model Kate Moss, the It-girl and tabloid sensation, and Stella McCartney, a crusader whose namesake brand has carried the torch for environmentally conscious fashion for more than 20 years. It's no surprise that the paths of these two children of the '70s have converged as each seeks a way to make 50 the new 30. Moss' journey began in earnest during the COVID-induced shutdown, when she found herself increasingly aware of the impact of the mind on wellbeing. The supermodel found herself drawn to creating products that would help her find balance in life. Cosmoss is her entry into the world of wellness. The collection of essential oil, cream, cleanser, and teas is environmentally friendly and sustainably sourced. The initial launch includes the fragrance Sacred Mist; Golden Nectar CBD oil for the skin; and a facial cream and cleanser. $52 to $120, at cosmossbykatemoss.com. McCartney's latest offering, Stella, advances the designer's focus on sustainability. The new line, developed with LVMH's Beauty Division, is all natural, vegan, and cruelty- free. Launching just three products — a cleanser, serum, and moisturizing cream — Stella gets high marks for simplifying what can be a complicated journey into keeping one's looks tip-top. Following the principle of not overstimulating our skin, the line prioritizes long-term health over short-term results and continues the mission of minimizing our footprint via refillable containers that were designed from the ground up from recycled materials. $45 to $140, at stellamccartney beauty.com/us.
