Park House Houston Takes a Page from Dallas P a r k H o u s e D a l l a s , the private social club, translated incredibly well to a Houston audience. The Dallas club has a growing wait list of 6,500 hopeful applicants less than seven years after opening; and the recently unveiled Park House Houston sold out of its invitation-only founding memberships more than a year before its debut. Founders Deborah and John Scott and Brady and Megan Wood have it down. Houston benefits from experience and extra space — a total of 25,000 square feet with four bars with ample lounge seating, three dining rooms, a lush patio, multiple private dining rooms, a late- night speakeasy, and an intimate cigar lounge. "Park House Houston is a larger footprint than Dallas, so we were able to build in the spaces that had been successful in Dallas and elevate the experiences and d e s i g n e l e m e n t s , " says Deborah. "We created more special opulent spaces such as The Velvet Room and The Library."
