OBSESSIONS. DECORATION. SALIENT FACTS. S ales have officially launched for Rosewood R e s i d e n c e s Tu r t l e Creek, a 17-story Beaux Arts-inspired residential tower located a block from the historic Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek. The highly anticipated project, with architecture by Lucien Lagrange and interiors by Dan Fink, brings together two distinguished talents. Born in France and based in Chicago, Lagrange is considered the go-to architect for classically inspired residential buildings for an elite clientele, notably the Waldorf Astoria in Chicago's The 17-story Beaux Arts-inspired Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek. Architect Lucien Lagrange and interior designer Dan Fink are tapped to lead the project. The infinity pool overlooks the Dallas skyline. A Rosewood Rises Gold Coast neighborhood, Lincoln Park 2550, and Park Tower on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Fink, whose studio is in New York, garnered accolades for the design of residences at another Rosewood property there, The Carlyle hotel. Known for Deco-inspired interiors, his work includes Fifth Avenue apartments, homes in the Hollywood Hills, and a redesign of American Ballet Theater's dancers' lounge. A member of AD100 and Elle Decor's A-List, Fink is married to designer Thomas O'Brien. Design elements for the Rosewood Residences include wide-plank walnut floors, Calacatta marble kitchens, and Waterworks plumbing. Look for a rooftop garden and pool, outdoor yoga area, and curated spaces for owners, such as a lounge and library. Pricing for the 33 units ranges from $3 million for a two-bedroom to more than $20 million for a penthouse, according to Christy Berry, co-founder of Compass DFW, who leads sales for the property. Preston Cheng is developing the project managed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. Units are slated for completion in 2026. rosewoodhotels.com. By Rebecca Sherman 38
