OBSESSIONS. DECORATION. SALIENT FACTS. Tuesday, September 16, to purchase The Jewelry Book (Phaidon, September 2025). Author Melanie Grant will sign her exploration of the world's greatest contributors to jewelry, from Chanel pearls to iron jewels at Hemmerle set with perfect diamonds and including style icons Notorious B.I.G. and Greta Garbo. One of Dallas' biggest tourist attractions, NorthPark Center, welcomes millions of visitors every year. Here you'll find the new Golden Goose Forward Store — the third in the U.S. This concept embodies the brand's commitment to responsible practices, so the boutique provides preservation and reinvention of existing pieces, from both their iconic sneaker to other brands. You'll find almost 6,000 square feet of design elements, including salvaged vintage wood furniture that reference the label's Venetian headquarters. In restaurant news, everyone is all atwitter (and likely tweeting as well) about Delilah in the Design District after months and months of hype, it's set to open in the third week of October. Scoring a res will likely be near impossible through early 2026, unless you're besties with the maître d' or manager. We expect the same for another Milan/New York/Palm Beach transplant, Sant Ambroeus, slated to open in 2026, around the same time as The Knox, Auberge Resorts Collection hotel along the Katy Trail. Finally, Forty Five Ten — the so- chic clothing emporium in downtown Dallas — opens its Fort Worth outpost later this month. We'll share more once we've had a chance to check it out. Billy Fong 56 O odles and oodles of fun stuff is popping up all over Dallas. In the Knox district, head over to Kith (formerly home to Anthropologie, which has moved to 4519 McKinney) to check out its first standalone Texas store and score some coveted streetwear. Premiering this fall in that walkable neighborhood, Jones Road by Bobbi Brown (in the former Marine Layer outpost) will be your source for Brown's less- is-more minimalist cosmetics. Stay tuned for more details of the reincarnation of the Grange Hall restaurant, debuting in the coming months as Caffe Lucca, helmed by Julian Barsotti. Next month, girl about town Lisa Rocchio opens The Charleston Club, a mahjong studio on Lovers Lane, in one of those adorable historic b u n g a l o w s . There will be 15 tables for play, as well as a selection of stylish mahjong sets, accessories, and game tables. Over at Stanley Korshak, be first in line A ren't we lucky. In our backyard, we have one of the world's greatest al fresco retail Meccas. For me, it's also a place to get in my cardio — often while chatting with a friend as we make laps window shopping. Of course, I'm referring to Highland Park Village. Last year alone, we reported on a lot: the expansion and opening of the new Dior in the former Ralph Lauren space, Khaite's debut in Texas, and the premiere of watchmaker Richard Mille's Dallas outpost. Coming this fall, we are most excited about the news that Miu Miu, Material Good, and La DoubleJ will become the newest tenants in that chic enclave. Also, Van Cleef & Arpels is expanding and refreshing its boutique. Everyone is also buzzing about the grand expansion of Hermès as it renovates the historic theater. Unfortunately, that will likely not open until till 2026 or even 2027. The relocated and expanded Carolina Herrera boutique in HPV opens late September — 3,500 square feet of Carolina chic. Carolina Herrera creative director Wes Gordon will have his visionary eye firmly focused on the glamorous design. In other Village news, Phoebe Philo's collection is now available at The Conservatory as an in-store exclusive in Dallas. The designer with a cult-like following launched her brand in 2023 with her take on a modern wardrobe of seasonless clothing and accessories focusing on exceptional materials. At The Conservatory (located on the second floor between Chanel and Park House), you'll find Philo's ready- to-wear, leather goods, shoes, and other needed accessories. Sadelle's, one of our very favorite brunch spots with interiors designed by Ken Fulk, is transforming its space on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings under an intriguing name: No. 1 Steak. Created by chefs Mario Carbone and Keith Potter, the four-course menu ($59) includes salad, prime strip steak, onion rings, and house-made frozen yogurt. If you feel particularly bougie however, choose from a selection of premium cuts from local favorite Rosewood Ranches, or tack on a caviar service to make your after- dark experience even more memorable. If you can't make it for dinner, rotating prime cuts will be available for purchase daily at the No. 1 Steak butcher counter. Billy Fong Melanie Grant's The Jewelry Book Sant Ambroeus, opening 2026
