The Vibe I t's no surprise that this is the largest outpost of Delilah, spanning 15,000 square feet with a sizable bar at the entry, a large yet intimate main dining area with stage, three private dining rooms adjacent to a wine room with dedicated sommelier, and the concept's first-ever outdoor patio for al fresco cocktails or canoodling. The interiors, designed by Built, Inc. founder John M. Sofio in conjunction with h.wood co-owner John Terzian, channel the vintage supper-club vibes with rich textures and dim lighting provided by shimmering chandeliers and Delilah's signature golden palm trees. The private dining rooms have caricatures of Dallas fans and locals including Erykah Badu, Post Malone, Dirk Nowitzki, Selena Gomez, Nancy Rogers, and Kelly Clarkson. The cuisine, created by h.wood executive chef Scott Ruwart, is American fare with a nod to Texas, including thick-cut bacon with bread-and-butter pickles and spicy barbecue; bone-in Texas redfish with a brown butter beurre blanc, served on the bone and fileted to resemble a T-bone steak; and truffled grilled cheese with tomato fondue. For dessert, check out Kendall's Slutty Brownie, named for supermodel Kendall Jenner — who came through Dallas a few days prior to the official opening to sample her namesake après-dinner treat.
