DECEMBER DINING With winter upon us, look to the Uptown Park restaurants for menu items that go best with this frosty weather. ARTURO'S UPTOWN ITALIANO: Travel to Italy this holiday season with Pistachio- encrusted lamb chops paired with a Super Tuscan wine. MCCORMICK AND SCHMICKS: Along with their traditional menu that is full of seasonal seafood both locally sourced and from the northwest (salmon, crab, oysters), the extreme- ly popular Blue Crab and Corn Chowder will be back for the holiday season. ÉTOILE CUISINE ET BAR: Step into the Parisian din- ing setting of Étoile and let the menu take you over- seas this holiday with fa- vorites like beef tenderloin and roasted duck breast. SONGKRAN THAI KITCHEN: As newest of the Uptown Park restaurants, Song- kran's new happy hour menu will be sure to please. Served from 4pm -7pm, the specials apply to delicious drinks and appetizers, like the above Sai Krok Moo. UPTOWN SUSHI: Get chopped and rolled with one of Uptown Sushi's famous rolls. Pair it with a cup of miso soup and a seaweed salad for a delectable fan favorite. THE TASTING ROOM: The holidays are all about shar- ing with friends and family. The Tasting Room is ex- cited to introduce the Pair & Share menu consisting of pizzas, grilled breads and cast-iron skillets for split- ting with loved ones.
