The Victor, a new 39-story Hines tower in reborn Victory Park, will become one of the tallest residential high-rises in Dallas — and one of the tallest buildings, period, outside of downtown. Pyles shuttered his Uptown Stampede 66 restaurant in order to revamp and reopen it in Allen. "There's so much opportunity there," he tells PaperCity. "It's almost like the old days of Dallas."
