CITY BOOTS AT HOTEL BEBE O ne can never have enough boots, and City Boots was on hand to ensure show-goers had plenty of options during their pop-up at Hotel Bebe. City Boots founder Lizzy Chesnut Bentley set up in a tented lounge sponsored by online vintage and antiques marketplace Chairish and designed by Lauren Wills Grover. Wills, who also designed City Boots' retail location in Houston's River Oaks District, kicked off the show days before with a private cocktail event at The Frenchie Boutique Hotel's Poolhouse. Jane Win Jewelry and La Vie Style House joined City Boots at the precious Hotel Bebe. The group hosted a festive cocktail party midway through the week, with Truth BBQ and live music from Django Walker. In the crowd: Marla Hurley, Kennedy Hunter, Emily Bajalia, Grace Margaret Berndt, and Dana Vidal. CASA BRANCA DAY OF DESIGN & THE POPPY CARAVAN AT RED ANTLER BUNGALOWS R ed Antler Bungalows jumped into the retail arena pitching a luxe tent for Casa Branca and The Poppy Caravan, celebrating the opening of Alessandra Branca's showhouse bungalow at Red Antler, sponsored by Veranda. Casa Branca Day of Design featured Alessandra Branca, Doniphan Moore, Julie Dodson, Cathy Kincaid, Georgia McElveen, Meredith Ellis, and Stephanie Stokes, moderated by Andrew Uihlein. In the tent: Peacock Alley, Maison Maison, Sue Sartor, The Gypset, Tuke Bazaar, and more. COWBOY COUTURE AT THE 550 MARKET T he leather fringe was flying as Round Top regulars, hometown characters, and a TV star took to the runway for The 550 Market's Cosmic Cowboy Fashion Show with Denverado. Model and actor Jeremy Gauna (Taylor Sheridan, 1883 series) cheerfully agreed to make a trip down the catwalk after he was spotted shopping the venue. The fashion show, held inside the historic Round Top Dance Hall, spotlighted couture westernwear from anchoring retailer Rockabilly Baroness, as well as from retailers Modern Marla, Tres Outlaws Boot Company, Viva Denverado, Eleven:11 leather designs, Pat Dahnke Signature Collection, and more. VIP ticket holders slipped behind a secret door for a preview of 550 Market's new speakeasy, The Mark.
