INSIDE VIEW: ROUND TOP GIVES BACK Partners with Habitat for Humanity in Round Top ROUND TOP SPONSORED PARTNER R ound Top is a small town with a big heart. The warmth and generosity of its people captivate you from the moment you arrive. It's a place that brings forth remarkable things — including Round Top Gives Back, a new initiative to build a home for a deserving family in partnership with Habitat for Humanity. Round Top Gives Back was initiated by Jason and Christa Butler, owners of Preservation Co, and was inspired by Jason's tenure working with Habitat for Humanity while he served as president of the home builders association in his hometown of Huntsville, Alabama. The mission is to raise funds to build a home for a family in partnership with Habitat for Humanity, providing the foundation to create dreams and memories. Many donations have already been received, and Round Top Gives Back looks forward to additional partnerships. "We will never forget the support we received throughout our journey, from family, friends, and Jason & Christa Butler a supportive community, as we built our business, Preservation Co," Jason says. "This success did not come without a lot of hard work, blood, sweat, and tears. As any entrepreneur understands, there are exhilarating highs and challenging lows that come with owning a business. This is why we strongly believe in giving back." Preservation Co extends their appreciation to John Lowery of Humble Donkey, Kemo Sabe; the Massey family; Kim and Richard Rolland of Round Top Vineyards; Paul Michael and Jake Michael of Paul Michael Co.; Kendra Scott; Cisco Village; Rod and Jennifer Loftis of The Porch; Jim Kastleman of The Halles; Leanne Ford; Junk Gypsy; designer Suzy Evans of Graystone Salvage; The Cotton Pearl Motel; Kevin Broadbent of Round Top HVAC, Inc.; Marla Hurley of Modern Marla; Matt White with Recycling the Past; and all the donors who have become a part of the cause. Their generosity will have a profound impact on the well-being of a family that would otherwise not be able to finance an affordable mortgage. "We are immensely grateful for your compassion and dedication to creating positive change," Jason says. "Together, let's harness the magic of Round Top and create a ripple of hope and transformation. Thank you for being part of this extraordinary community and for your belief in the power of giving back. Though there are a few names mentioned here, we hope to give an update in the next issue of this show guide, on the funds raised, donors, and the Habitat for Humanity beneficiary family. May God bless you, and may He bless Texas." To join this meaningful campaign, please contact our fundraising coordinator Bianca Jaime at bianca@preservationco.com and she will guide you through the process to make your contribution. 36
