E iseman Jewels, celebrating 50 years in the bauble business, welcomes the venerable New York-based Seaman Schepps to its NorthPark Center jewel emporium this month for a special exhibition. Founded in 1904, Seaman Schepps is one of the oldest American jewelry brands; its eponymous founder, known as America's Court Jeweler, accessorized Jackie O, the Duchess of Windsor, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Babe Paley and Marlene Dietrich. He rose to prominence during the 1930s with designs incorporating rare (and revolutionary at the time) materials such as coral, jade and exotic woods. The "Icons & Signatures" exhibition showcases vintage pieces from the Seaman Schepps Private Collection. Don't miss Madame DVF's E! reality series House of DVF, premiering next month, along with the launch of her memoir, The Woman I Wanted to Be. Linden Wilson Crown Jewels Forget Steve Jobs. The first creative genius to urge "Give them what they never knew they wanted" was late fashion icon Diana Vreeland. And now the iPhone generation is introduced to the legendary Vogue editor via a new fragrance line created by grandson Alexander Vreeland. The Diana Vreeland Parfums collection is five heady, exuberant fragrances inspired by their namesake's audacious style, passion for exotic travel and penchant for extravagance. The colorful bottles with tasseled, black-lacquered caps pay homage to her Oriental aesthetic. We love the red-bottled Perfectly Marvelous, an intoxicating mix of jasmine and sandalwood. Simply Divine is a complex combination of tuberose and musk. Particular, quirky (she had her dollar bills and tissues ironed before putting them in her handbag) and outspoken, Ms. Vreeland also had strong views about perfume. She thought it odd that Americans never carry purse scents and advised women to refresh their perfume "continually." As she said: "If you have to sniff like a hound, it's not enough." Hence, this debut collection includes a travel spray in a sleek case with two refills. $185 to $250, at Neiman Marcus NorthPark. Kathleen Jennings Seaman Schepps, early 1900s Diane von Furstenberg Fall 2014 Tory Burch Fall 2014 Seaman Schepps Rigate ebony cuff with diamonds Seaman Schepps Swan brooch, circa 1940, with a rare large non-nucleated natural baroque pearl set with emerald and diamonds Seaman Schepps Rio bracelet with pastel gemstones "You Gotta Have Style!" C olorful polished gemstones may be synonymous with Bulgari's creations, but the Italian brand's new high jewelry collection, MVSA, finds its inspiration in something even more dazzling: the Greek muses. The collection pays homage to the nine daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne, goddesses who inspire literature, science and the arts, marrying the house's Italian legacy with founder Sotirio Bulgari's Greek origins. Highlights are the Sleeping Beauties — nine stunning necklaces designed in modern mosaics of blue topaz, amethyst, pink quartz, citrine, mother-of-pearl and more. On our wish list: the multilayered pink-gold, amethyst, blue topaz and rubellite pavé necklace with tassel finish, shown here. At Bulgari.
