& BY ANNE LEE PHILLIPS, JENNY ANTILL CLIFTON AND REBECCA SHERMAN. It's that time of year again: Round Top Spring Antiques Fair, which spreads from Round Top to Warrenton, Fayetteville, Burton and more. Fields, farms, barns, dance halls and custom-built sheds spread for 25 miles, with designers and antiques enthusiasts descending on these hamlets from around the world. The smart revitalization of the country villages continues, with new restaurants and town squares, restored grand homes and farmhouses as hotels, and city folk buying up farmland as weekend destinations. We catch up with what's going on. 2016 SPRING PHOTOGRAPH JERRY HERRING. SHOT IN FAYETTE COUNTY.
