By Jane Rozelle. Photography Kristina Bowman. L ouis Vuitton knows there are two types of power suits one must wear at all times: designer, of course, and that of the charitable sort. When LV rolled out plans to pair with UNICEF to launch the #MakeAPromise campaign, some of our city's top do-gooders immediately raised their hands to help promote the benevolent cause. Enter Bag Snob and fashion entrepreneur Tina Craig; rewardStyle co-founder Amber Box; NorthPark Center luxury ambassadors Moll and Charlie Anderson; UNICEF Next Generation National Development Chair, Sterling McDavid; and UNICEF Next Generation Founder's Circle's Gloria Moncrief Holmsten. The powerhouse group fi lled the fl agship boutique at NorthPark Center for the charitable launch. Shoppers sneaked a peek at the spring/summer collections, as well as a certain sterling accessory that debuted that evening: Louis Vuitton's symbolic token of the #MakeAPromise campaign, dubbed the Silver Lockit bracelet. It's quite a worthy purchase; for each bracelet sold a $200 donation is made to UNICEF's movement to brighten the future of chil- dren living in developing countries. As if we needed more reason to splurge … or to give.
