Jude celebrated its 50th anniversary with an Evening Under the Stars at the Omni Hotel, raising more than $800,000 in conjunction with its Golf Classic. Co-chairs Lydia Novakov and Marian Bryan pulled out the stops with Kenny Alpine and John Rich of country music sensation Big & Rich, wowing guests with their performance of "For the Kids," a song they wrote especially for the event. With a twinkle in their eyes: Rick Shadyac, Maggie Cupit, Isabell Haggar, Monica and Stephen Martinez, Lane Hawkins, Rachel and Brett Bubela, and Margot and Jim Keyes.
