While guests perused the men's and women's collections and vintage silver jewelry (a percentage of sales benefitted Trees For Houston), A Fare Extraordinaire waitstaff swirled through, offering party bites of caviar and flutes of champagne, but few could pass up the classic cocktails, an old-fashioned or Ridgway (the Colorado town where Ralph has his ranch) margarita, both served with charming wooden drink stirrers in the shape of polo mallets.
