LV X FORNASETTI AIN'T NO HALF STEPPIN' N eed we even say it: Tom Ford is back! This time, our friend has launched Tom Ford Signature O m b r é L e a t h e r Parfum. Cultivating the designer's favorite notes from the American West, the latest offering "builds on the wild, unbridled sensuality of the original scent … that elicits wild freedom and unpredictability of the desert." Who doesn't love leather. And the desert: Beautiful, mysterious, dangerous, it's the perfect foil for Tom's latest adventure. Capturing the essence of black leather and blending it with violet leaf and cedarwood, the latest fragrance is rich, luxurious, and sensual — just like Tom. 50 ml $160, 100 ml $205, at the Tom Ford boutique, tomford.com. MAKING SIMPLICITY A STATEMENT F rench brand A.P.C. has a long history of collaborations, from Kanye before Yeezy to heritage brand Carhartt. Founded in 1987 by Tunisian-French designer Jean Touitou, A.P.C. has developed a cult following for its minimalist designs that focus on material and fit. Their latest collaborative effort is a return to long-time collaborator Suzanne Koller, fashion director at M le Monde and co-founder of Self Service magazine. Part of A.P.I.'s Interaction initiative launched in 2019 with Kid Cudi, the project recruits friends of the brand to create clothing that reflects their own point of view. Koller's 2019 collaboration focused on obvious classics; the latest collection explores the idea of modern simplicity through pieces that are classically chic yet edgy. The collection for men and women includes a taupe trench, white and indigo jeans, tees, and a jumpsuit. A.P.C. Suzanne Koller Interaction apc.us.com.
