NICKOLAS SARGENT M any have drawn inspiration from style icon Bunny Mellon, but for her show house room, Cathy Kincaid focused on one specific space: Mellon's library in her Virginia home. The result was a lovingly layered office with a daybed (and dog bed) to keep things cozy. Lisa Fine's Persian Garden fabric covered the ceiling, while Casci Ornamental Plaster's custom bookcases were filled with tomes on gardening and preservation. Kincaid tapped Mirth Studio to hand-paint the wood floor to complete the dreamy look. Hector Finch ceiling fixtures from James showroom. Leontine Linens custom monogrammed towels.
