T he most private of members-only social clubs, Park House Dallas, and now Houston, is a mix of such enclaves for the worldly as London's 5 Hertford Street, The Arts Club, Annabel's, George, and SoHo House. "We took our favorite elements of clubs we joined while living in London and blended them into what we thought would work for a private club in Texas," says co-founder Deborah Scott.
