She mentored the students as they brought the event to life, offering an unforgettable career-exploration experience for the class. "Showing students what's possible in this field, especially in a rural setting, meant the world to me," she says. "Watching their work come to life at the event was so fun — they nailed it!" In 2026, Head is launching Head West Collective, a local event and design studio focused on giving back close to home. "I'm just getting started," she says.
