Putting on the Glitz for Stages' 35th Andrew Heller BY ERIN OPPENHEIM; PHOTOGRAPHY FULTON DAVENPORT "G litter & Glam" was the theme that rocked Stages Repertory Theatre, channeling 1978 — the year the troupe was founded — at its annual gala. Dynamic design duo Shannon Hall and Marcus Sloan co-chaired Studio-54-inspired night, which started with cocktails and the silent auction reveal, then moved to the Stages Theatre courtyard for a dinner created by Brasserie 19, Coppa and Ibiza, paired with wines from The Tasting Room and Max's Wine Dive. Stages performers belted out George Benson's "On Broadway," A Taste of Honey's "Boogie Oogie Oogie" and the Bee Gees' "How Deep is Your Love." Saba Jawda and Sarah Jawda chaired the after-party at The Factory, arriving on a white horse, just as Bianca Jagger did almost 35 years ago.
