Eco attendees: executive director Kathy Lord, board president Ty Kelly, and development director Jennifer Cate. At the Historic Sabine Street Bridge and Promenade, the Buffalo Bayou Ball, "Confluence: An Artful Evening," raised $420,000 for the Buffalo Bayou Partnership, a nonprofit dedicated to revitalizing and transforming that crucial waterway. Co-chairs Cullen Geiselman and Judy Nyquist welcomed 540 guests for cocktails along the trails and dinner on the bridge, while honoring 13 talents including Mel Chin, John Runnels, The Art Guys and five illustrious arts organizations, from Aurora Picture Show to FotoFest.
