PHOTOGRAPHY DANIEL DRIENSKY. PHOTOGRAPHY JASON ACTON. CHIC WASN'T BORN IN A DAY: Brunello Cucinelli Takes Dallas CASTLE CUCINELLI. It was an evening of regal proportions when Brunello Cucinelli celebrated the grand opening of his highly anticipated namesake boutique, perched prominently in Highland Park Village. Hosts Katherine and Eric Reeves, alongside Elisa and Stephen Summers, bid buonasera to a venerable crowd that packed the shop for the notable notte. Classically Cucinelli, the boutique reveals structured tailoring, minimalist design and, of course, the unique craftsmanship shared by the brand and the man himself — che figata! The dapper gent mingled amongst influencers and the infatuated, including Shelby Wagner, Cary and Mark Deuber, Claire Emanuelson, Joyce Goss, Matthew Simon and Massimo Caronna, U.S. president of Brunello Cucinelli. Jane Rozelle KORSHAK, CUCINA AND CUCINELLI. The Garden Room at the Rosewood Crescent Hotel set the scene for an intimate luncheon and fashion show hosted by Stanley Korshak. Crawford Brock, Rose Clark and their team are profound experts at customer service who always go above and beyond to provide a special shopping experience; the presentation of the Brunello Cucinelli Fall 2014 women's collection was no exception. As guests lunched from sofas, Prosecco was served with three courses, commencing with a little gem wedge salad drizzled with truffle dressing. Models sauntered through the glass terrace, flaunting a fur bomber jacket, high- waisted cuffed trousers, cropped shearling vests and flowing skirts, all worn with sneakers and brogues — the very definition of active luxury. Browsing and buying after the show: Elif Gezgec, Heather Murphy, Paige Slates, Angie Barrett, and Eleonora Haley. Max Trowbridge "THE FIRST TIME I CAME TO DALLAS, I SAW A VERY CHIC GENTLEMAN WEARING A BLAZER THAT WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE BODY. I WENT HOME AND TOLD MY TAILOR, 'WE MUST TAILOR A VERY TIGHT FIT' — THE BLAZER THAT WE USE WAS BASICALLY BORN IN DALLAS." — Brunello Cucinelli Brunello Cucinelli Stephen Summers at Opening Heather Washburne at Opening Ray Washburne Alberto Lombardi at Opening Lucy Wrubel at Opening Lael Brodsky Ashley Hunt at Opening Scott Barton at Opening Natalie Kashefi Carol Web at Korshak Rose Clark Beth Ewing The Garden Room Vivian Lombardi Stuart Reeves Katherine Reeves Karen Moore at Korshak Crawford Brock at Korshak Leigh Friend at Korshak Natalie Conway at Korshak Lezlie Lowe at Korshak Maribeth Miller at Korshak Laura Chandler Jessica Melton Darlene Haynes Marina Gray Pam Borders Jan Miller at Korshak Ann Sappington Jennie Reeves Elisa Summers Celia Coon Irresistibly PaperCity's monthly look at the products, events, services and more that we find irresistible!
