Leandra Medine, Nasiba Adilova at Thom Browne I attended Thom Browne's show with a friend, Man Repeller's Leandra Medine. Browne's show is always one I anticipate. He is a creative genius — his elaborate set designs play out performances before the actual show begins. This season, the audience was seated in an amphitheater format, and the runway was extremely theatrical with a funeral theme and models dressed only in black and white. Afterwards, I had fun catching up with Taylor Tomasi Hill over dinner at my friend Rosie Assoulin's house … I also attended Rosie's runway presentation, which was like something out of a holiday movie: people everywhere, beautiful models adorned in even more beautiful gowns surrounded by glowing tea lights and smiles all around the room. I felt transported … As always, the Carolina Herrera collection was beautiful — and surprisingly structured with a lot of younger styles. She was inspired by water this season, which showed in the prints, with rippling patterns and blue and green hues … Rodarte was spectacular, out of the ordinary and artistic. Their set design never ceases to amaze me; it makes you feel like you are visiting a museum of modern art rather than On the Fall 2015 runways, it was all about the '70s. I first jetted to New York Fashion Week, then headed west for Tom Ford's unprecedented L.A. runway show. Below, a few favorite looks and my impressions of the collections. Jay Z and Beyoncé at Tom Ford NYFW. I loved the ponchos with fur, the sequined disco dresses and, of course, the exquisite handmade gowns … One of my favorite shows is always Tommy Hilfiger. The runway was staged as a football field, where models walked; it was the most fun set … In L.A., Tom Ford's front row was star-studded, with everyone from Beyoncé and Jared Leto to Jessica Chastain and Julianne Moore. The entire runway was covered in white rose petals, which were scattered by male models in Tom Ford suits. I loved the collection's fringe details and the amazing chunky accessories, shoes and necklaces.
