Millie Cooper Each year, the Sandi Haddock Impact Award is presented at the Dallas Go Red For Women luncheon to a female leader in the Dallas community. The honoree has significantly improved the health of the women in our community. This year's award recipient is Millie Cooper. Millie, alongside her husband Dr. Kenneth Cooper, has been a longtime and dedicated supporter of the Go Red For Women Campaign and served for many years in multiple capacities on the American Heart Association's Women's Guild. In addition to supporting the mission of the American Heart Association, Millie has authored several popular fitness books focused on women's health and is a leader of the international physical fitness movement. Millie, along with her family, has championed a myriad of local health initiatives and is renowned as "The First Lady of Aerobics."
