This year's Show House, situated in Old Preston H o l l o w Sunnybrook E s t a t e s a t 9 4 4 6 H a t h a w a y Street, is open T h u r s d a y, N o v e m b e r 2, through Wednesday, N o v e m b e r 15. The home sits on 1.7 lush acres with five bedrooms and four living areas, which will set the stage for memorable interiors from this year's crop of talent. Beyond that, the Show House benefits the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, which provides young people with educational and developmental programs in New York City, as well as local nonprofits Dwell with Dignity and The Crystal Charity Ball.
