Mad About You T he outstanding ladies behind the Women's Council of the Dallas Arboretum have been all about town talking about the upcoming Mad Hatter's Tea Party: Serenade to Style. Chairman Lisa Loy Laughlin and Council president Bettina Hennessy buzzed with excitement as they welcomed guests to the kickoff party held at the Lela Rose boutique in Highland Park Village. The hot topic was the announcement of this year's hat judges.
