TRINA TURK TWOSOME T rina Turk, purveyor of all things Palm Springs, touched down in Houston for the grand openings of her 11th and 12th U.S. namesake boutiques, located in The Woodlands on Market Street and the Galleria, respectively. Both spaces are Turk to a T: Brass étagères, white-lacquered modernist screenblocks and marble tulip tables perfectly showcase her eye-popping, ever-changing prints and color (Turk produces an impressive 11 collections a year). California dreamers imbibed bubbly and eyed the intoxicating new cocktail-inspired handbag collection, with such spirited names as Daiquiri, Spritzer and Tequila Sunrise. Gents aspiring to be the life of any party browsed classic menswear pieces in bold hues and prints from the Mr Turk line, which is designed by Trina's fashion-stylist husband and business partner, Jonathan Skow.
