CULTIVATING BUNNY We really can't get enough of Bunny Williams and her cozy pedigreed lifestyle. Williams has revised the classic Bunny Williams: On Garden Style (Stewart, Tabori and Chang, $50), which was first published in 1998. In this edition, she visits breathtaking gardens from around the world — some small patches of ground, others hectares of manicured perfection, and all glorious. But Williams gets her hands dirty, imparting practical advice on planning your garden, then bringing it to fruition, with plant lists, a reading list and more homework. Bunny Williams India Hicks INDIA INK British and design royalty India Hicks has fascinated us since she was a bridesmaid in her godfather's wedding to Princess Diana in 1980. The daughter of our full-time obsession, decorator David Hicks, and Lady Pamela Hicks, as well as granddaughter of Lord Mountbatten, India was recently in Dallas at another great lady's establishment, Jan Showers, where we were charmed by the salon-style talk followed by a luncheon and signing of her newest book, India Hicks: Island Style (Rizzoli, $45). The topic of both the conversation and the luscious book is her colorful and charmed life on Harbour Island, with stories and images of her family, her Harbour Island home Hibiscus Hill and those wacky British royal relatives.
